Madurai Cares portal was launched on March 18, 2023 (Saturday) by RW Bro T.N.Manoharan, The Regional Grand Master, Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India at the Freemasons Hall in Madurai in the presence of W Bro Venkata Subramanian, Assistant Regional Grand Master of Madurai Area, Regional Grand Lodge of Souther India.
More than 75 members of the freemasonry were present during the launch. Madurai Cares is an online portal that provides comprehensive and updated information about old age & children homes in Madurai. This is an initiative of Lodge Meenakshi and Nivethan Trust. The portal has already listed 5 homes and in the process of listing all the functional homes in Madurai in the coming days.
